The Gateway Building is co-owned and managed by AZ Development, which owns and/or manages a total of 172,000 square feet among seven properties under roof in Greensboro’s South End.
In addition to the Gateway building, Zimmerman’s South End real estate holdings are home to SouthEnd Brewery, Fainting Goat Distillery, The Forge makerspace and Transform GSO, all on West Lewis Street; and the Sheval Building on South Elm, home to multiple businesses.
